Tomomi's TAMAX-TV Debut!? (ともみのTAMAX-TVデビュー! Tomomi no TAMAX - TV debyū!?) is episode 99 of the original Tamagotchi! series. It is the first episode of season 6.
Synopsis[]
Tomomi and the Tama Friends come to TAMAX-TV to introduce Tomomi to everyone through TV.
Plot[]
The Tama-Friends bring Tomomi to TAMAX-TV so she could take a tour of the building, being excited to see it in person. Lovelin then approaches the group and asks Tomomi if she could make an appearance in Kirakira! Tamamori Heaven, saying that Tamagotchis would love see a human on the show. Tomomi is initially nervous at the idea of being in front of a crowd, but the Tama-Friends approve of the idea. TamaPtchi then runs over to introduce himself to Tomomi and he encourages her to join the show.
On the Kirakira! Tamamori Heaven stage, MC Puppetchi opens up the show and brings out Tomomi who is so nervous that she struggles to say her name. Moriritchi then appears and does Earth and Tamagotchi Planet Tamamori using Tomomi and Lovelin as models. After the segment ends, MC Puppetchi asks Tomomi questions about herself, with Lovelin continuing the questions. The scene changes to show Lovepapalitchi and Lovemamalitchi watching the show at home, the two being happy to see Tomomi on TV. Back at the stage, ADtchi passes a note to TamaPtchi and explains that other shows want Tomomi to star in them.
Later on, TamaPtchi leads Tomomi to the GOTCHIMAN set to her surprise. Tomomi becomes excited to see Gotchiman in person and asks him to show off his moves and car to which he gladly obliges. Mametchi notices Tomomi's excitement and notes that he's happy to see another big GOTCHIMAN fan. The cast then begins acting out an episode where Gotchiman must rescue Tomomi who's being held captive by Black Hat. The scene changes to Herotchi and Madonnatchi watching the episode at the building's entrance, the two feeling threatened by Tomomi's appearance in their show.
Tomomi is then seen making appearances in Princess Lovelin and Thief Papillon as a shrine maiden and a princess. After she finishes up her work in Thief Papillon she is greeted by a crowd of Tamagotchis who have become fans of her. As the Tama-friends comment on her new popularity, Herotchi and Madonnatchi watch her from the side and begin to form a plot to ruin it.
Later on, the Tama-friends and Tomomi take a break in a dressing room. Lovelin and Melodytchi ask Tomomi to perform on a talk show, but she is hesitant in taking a bigger role. Her friends reassure her that she'll do fine and that they'll be impressed with whatever she chooses to do. At the talk show's stage, Herotchi in disguise switches out the microphones and reunites with Madonnatchi who is hiding above the stage. Down below, Lovelin and Melodytchi warm up and perform Happy Heart as their friends watch on. The show eventually starts and the two introduce Tomomi who walks up to a microphone to talk. However, the microphone is bugged by Herotchi which warps the pitch of Tomomi's voice. Tomomi eventually stops talking and freezes from embarrassment as Herotchi and Madonnatchi get into position to steal the show from her.
Lovelin then saves Tomomi by saying that her ability to change her voice is cool and that they want to see more cool tricks. The audience agrees and Herotchi and Madonnatchi are bewildered and accidentally break the controller affecting the microphone. With her voice returned to normal, Tomomi tells Lovelin what she'll perform and Moriritchi helps dress her in a magician's outfit. Tomomi then performs several magic tricks using Doremitchi, Sopratachi, Kuchipatchi, Lovelin, and Melodytchi which the audience loves. At the end of her performance, she releases several balloons and pigeons which end up attacking Herotchi and Madonnatchi up above. The crowd cheers for her and she sits back down as Lovelin and Melodytchi take to the stage to perform Happy Heart.
