Ashigyotchi (あしぎょっち) is an adult Sakanatchi character that debuted on the Tamagotchi Ocean.
Name Origin[]
"Ashi" (足) means "foot", and "gyo" (魚) means "fish".
Appearance[]
Ashigyotchi resembles a fish with a red body and a light pink face. He has thick eyebrows, small dot-like eyes, a pink beak, and pink cheeks. He also has two human feet.
Personality[]
Ashigyotchi developed legs and specialized gills to allow him to live outside the ocean, as he's grown to hate the sea. His negative attitude makes it difficult for him to make friends. He's a distant relative to Taiyakitchi and his favorite food is radishes.

Ashigyotchi evolves from Kingyotchi after 30 hours with as many missed discipline calls as possible, and one or less hearts full at evolution. It is the worst adult possible, and sleeps from 10pm to 11am, making him the only character to be awake after 9pm and asleep after 10am.
Tamagotchi iD L[]
Ashigyotchi is a NPC exclusive to the 15th Anniversary version of the Tamagotchi iD L. They can be encountered by using the time machine at Mamemame Laboratory.

- Ashigyotchi appeared on the 15th Anniversary Character Poll as a male adult candidate. Despite not getting enough votes to be on the roster, they still appear on the iD L as a NPC.
- Taiyakitchi's sprite is the same sprite as Ashigyotchi's, but missing legs.
