Puchiputchi sprite

Puchiputchi (ぷちぷっち) is an adult character that appears exclusively on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 5.

Puchiputchi resembles a small, white ball with half of an egg shell on top, with a small window for the face. They have three hairs on top of the shell, a pair of stubby arms, and a pair of thin legs. The male Puchiputchi has a blue shell, while the female has a pink shell and eyelashes.

Appearances on Virtual Pets

Tamagotchi Connection Version 5

Any group of adult characters can all evolve into Puchiputchi through neglect. The user must achieve three Care Mistakes by not filling the Hungry meter when emptied (while keeping the Happy meter full) three times. This forms the Petite Family. Puchiputchi can revert back to its previous form either by using the "Milk" meal, or by using the item "Magnifying Glass".

Upon marriage, Puchiputchi will evolve into Puchioyatchi.

Name Origin

Puchipuchi means "bubble wrap", and also refers to the sound of the bubbles being popped.

  • At 9 pixels wide by 6 pixels tall, Puchiputchi has the smallest sprite of any adult Tamagotchi, and the second smallest Tamagotchi sprite overall (the smallest of all being Babytchi).
