ShiroBabytchi (しろベビっち Shirobebitchi) is a baby character that debuted on the second generation of the original Tamagotchi. Her male counterpart is Babytchi.

Appearance

ShiroBabytchi resembles a small, white ball with black eyes and mouth. In her updated 2004 artwork, she was given rosy cheeks and eyelashes.

Personality

She is a sweet little baby girl who needs a strong parent. A dependent baby that is needy and cries a lot. It becomes hungry quickly and especially loves strawberry shortcake. In about one hour it will transform into a rebellious stage.

On Virtual Pets

Tamagotchi P2

ShiroBabytchi is the baby of this release. It loses a heart every three minutes, poops after 15 and 45 minutes, takes a five minute nap forty minutes after being born and will naturally get sick at the 50 minute mark. Fifteen minutes afterwards, it will evolve into Tonmarutchi after having been alive for an hour and five minutes.

ShiroBabytchi's weight cannot change from 5 units, and the only way it can die is if one on the original P2 is fed a ridiculous number of snacks.

Tamagotchi Connection

ShiroBabytchi is the female baby of this release. She will always evolve into Marutchi on the first generation, and can become Kinakomotchi from the second generation onward, if its birthparents had over 50% training.

In Video Games

Tamagotchi (GB)

ShiroBabytchi hatches from the plain white, spotted, star-patterned and gray eggs. It loves rice balls/bread and hates meat. After about six in-game hours, it will evolve into Marutchi if it has less than ten stress or Tonmarutchi with ten or more stress.

Sega Saturn de Hakken!! Tamagotchi Park

ShiroBabytchi is unlocked when an Oyajitchi lays a different egg than usual. It always evolves into Tonmarutchi.

Hoshi de Hakken!! Tamagotchi

ShiroBabytchi is the baby stage of Group F, only obtainable from hatching solid-color eggs produced by certain combinations of Group D adults. It always evolves into Tonmarutchi.

Tamagotchi Town

ShiroBabytchi hatches from eggs laid in grassland blocks, but not ones laid by adults in the P2 line. It evolves into Tonmarutchi regardless of stress.

Etymology

Her name is a combination of Japanese and English: "shiro" meaning "white", and "baby".
