The Tenshitchi Capital, as depicted in Tap & Hatch.
The Tenshitchi Capital (てんしっちの都) is a city in the sky where all of the Angel characters of the Tamagotchi Angel live, serving as the Tamagotchi species' afterlife. Its Deviltchi counterpart is the Devil World.
The landscape is comprised of bright white and pink clouds that float high above the Tamagotchi Planet. One major landmark is a giant ice crushing bear, where the Angels gather and eat. Another landmark is a gate that each new Obaketchi must pass through to evolve into Ghost Jr. There are also trees and pools of water to accommodate Angel Mushitchi and Sakanatchi.
Angels can leave the Tenshitchi Capital, but cannot be seen by other Tamagotchis. Furthermore, leaving the Capital requires lots of energy on the Angel's part, so they don't leave the capital often or for very long. Frequently, the residents of Devil World break in to Tenshitchi Capital so they can cause maximum harassment and frustration among the Angels, or to convince weaker Angels to convert to Deviltchi. However, Deviltchi who have repented are able to leave the Devil World and live in the Tenshitchi Capital, as seen on the Debirutch no Tamagotch.
The Tenshitchi Capital is explored in episode 9 of Anime TV de Hakken!! Tamagotchi, and is also a location that can be visited on the Tamagotchi iD L 15th Anniversary Edition.
