Tamatown V4

A quick question: Is anyone able to get onto the American Tamatown for V4 anymore? I started up my V4 again and put in the code with my username, but it keeps giving me an "ERROR, DISCONNECT" message. I'm just wondering if people can still actually get onto Tamatown or if Bandai shut it down or something.
