A Tamagotchi's Young Form is, as the name implies, a younger version of an adult Tamagotchi. They are seen regularly in the modern Tamagotchi releases.

List of Young Forms

There are twelve young forms in all. Five of them are ura Tamagotchi characters, while the other seven are normal characters.

Normal Young Forms

Ura Young Forms

Young Forms always appear at teen stage. The Entama consists of six young forms. The adult's young form will most likely be in the same group as the adult character itself and will generally be gotten with good care, with the exception of Young Androtchi. The young forms seen on the Entama were seen again on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 4 and the ones on the Uratama were seen on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 4.5. Several of the young forms seen on the V4 and V4.5 had this be their latest appearance to date. The only young form to have not appeared on at least one release in the Connection series is Young Oyajitchi, who is exclusive to Japan. Tamagotchi Connection Version 5, Tamagotchi Connection Version 5 Celebrity, Tamagotchi Music Star and TamaTown Tama-Go are the only releases in the Connection series to not feature any young forms. Young Oyajitchi did not appear on the Entama or any of the releases in the connection series, and therefore wasn't seen again until the release of the Tamagotchi iD L 15th Anniversary Version, making this his latest appearance to date. This makes him one of two young forms to appear on a colour Tamagotchi, the other one being Young Mametchi, who appears on the Tamagotchi Plus Color, making this his latest appearance to date.
